Our story

Strength Through Christ Fitness was born from a personal journey of transformation—both physical and spiritual. Founded by Chris Abston, this mission-driven fitness program began as a response to a deeper calling: to help men break free from the chains of unhealthy habits, sin, and self-doubt through the power of discipline, training, and faith in Jesus Christ.

Our history

After years of personal struggle, Chris discovered that real strength doesn’t come from the gym alone—it comes from a relationship with God. That revelation changed everything. What started as workouts for himself quickly became a way to disciple others—physically and spiritually—through structured fitness plans, biblical devotionals, and nutritional guidance rooted in scripture and self-discipline.
